I tried two different fire stick Max devices and it did the same thing. I also have the regular fire stick 4K and I have no issues with that one.

Please keep in mind if you are using Bluetooth headphones with the max version there may be issues. When I connected my Bluetooth headphones it would glitch up when using the fire stick remote....
