Just had to drop an "Umm, Actually" here - Memory bandiwdth isn't what counts for responsiveness as much as latency. (Of course badnwidth matters but without faster latency, it still feels slower). ...

OLED can suffer from burn-in. The issue is in my opinion overblown.
This is not a high-end laptop. I would say at most this laptop has a three year life span. OLED burn-in can be mitigated....

Do OLED laptops get burn in? Most browser favorites bar icons are fixed and I would think those would cause burn in.

Considering DDR4 ram is only 25GB/sec, that's a lot faster than ram. Nice find.

Also, with a quality NVMe drive that is replaceable, you will not notice the swap speed of a .1ms 4,000GBs SSD. That is practically as good as ram.

The time of serviceable electronics is nearly gone unfortunately. In a couple of years when memory and storage decrease in price by 4x-8x, people will no longer care.

These laptops are not designed to last or be fixed. This is not an apple thread, but we have apple to blame for most phone/laptops/etc being disposable today. Greed is all it...

That was indeed a better deal/laptop.
Better build quality since it's a Zenbook. Faster DDR5 RAM, although at just 8GB of RAM it won't exhibit its full potential. A better and more efficient...

Soldered ram killed the deal for me. 16GB or at least a slot would have been nice.
Still 8GB ram is more than enough for many people and specially that beautiful 90hz OLED.
