1) Cuz the PS5 doesn't work as well as a high-end standalone player 2) Cuz the PS5 is still hard to get. However, if I could only get one, I would agree with you and get a PS5 first.

Why would you buy this and not a PS5? For $99 more the PS5 is the better deal. Thats what I did. You link now says $421.17
