Because it is extremely low quality with a high likeliness of being broken from the factory and/or breaking soon after you get it (i.e. it's garbage). Also, it runs very hot.

I've had no issues. This includes video and photo editing programs running simultaneously. Bumped up the RAM to 32 and it's been a champ. I guess YMMV.
