Yeah, you shouldn't have had to deal with that. The burden of a missing package falls on the shipper, not the person receiving the package. What a nightmare.

I bought 2 last week and use it over the weekend for camping. For frame of reference, I'm 5'8 and 210 lbs. I was able to comfortably fit on 1 by myself and sleep on my side without my hips digging...
