Just got this and installed in an old laptop. When cloning, this drive was connected via USB 3.0 and averaged 650mbps. After installing in the computer I'm getting 500R/450W. Absolutely blows away...

i'm not really aware of any SSDs that do. your bay might have screw holes for 2.5" drives. if not, you can pick up some adapters that lets you fit 2x 2.5" drives into a 3.5" bay
