If you check out etsy, many people sell full customizable arcade cabinets. You can have them build it with 4 controllers, track ball,light guns, they also load up like 20,000 games. It's nuts.

I've seen this smaller arcade machines...practically great for kids under 11...meant for smaller player hands. Unpractical to comfortably play with 2 adults side by side. Nostalgic piece nonetheless.
