I feel like they're just waiting to ship the drills after Sept 30 so they don't have to give away all the free batteries. It's not a sale until your credit card is charged.

I submitted the rebate and printed a confirmation however even after a few days the rebate tracking cannot pull it up with name, street # and zip. Does anyone else's track?
