Actually the 230V unit has DC condenser motor and larger indoor motor. the 115V version has inferior motor. Better spend $100 more and get the 18000 BTU one.

These should be 13 feet. Vevor has cheaper limesets,. But if you go over 16.4 feet you need to add freon
