I always puzzling about this type of device. is this for midget ? who can't even reach the step on rear bumper of a pick up truck ?

I have one of these, the all chrome one. Came with my truck when I purchased it.Worth the $40....It saved my truck from a few idiots parking to close to the rear. Thats the real reason why I kept it.

Been looking for one of these but the reviews don't seem encouraging - looks like poor welds, fitment to a standard hitch is hit or miss and the lights are basically disposable. Pass.
