Appears like pd chargers don't work but standard chargers that use a lower voltage might work better. I tried a few and have a blinking light. I also can't fast charge my phone from it.

This is outdated info that is not applicable to the jump starters . Connect it straight to the 2 battery terminals. Turn it on. Start the car. Turn it off Disconnect it.

Because the one I listed uses super capacitors and will outlast every single battery powered jump starter, not to mention it is safer to keep in your car and needs no charging.
