The monthly games are always saved in your library forever, but yes you have to be subscribed to PS+ to continue playing them.

The more heat you get the more rep you get. Rep equals heat and heat equals rep. As long as you got bank, you got bank. You get heat from rep and rep from heat. Get all the heat you can get!
