Yes, Costco was removed from the list of Retail Partners when going to the $100/100 day registration page. You could try selecting "Other" and see if they accept it.

The TV has very large viewing angle. It should be IPS panel.

There are certainly some pre-loaded apps you will have no intention to use. You should be able to delete them. Some big players might be greasing Hisense's palm to not allow that.
