Same here. In store pickup was brand new in shrink wrap. Seems like all the issues come if you buy new online and have it shipped? I’ve never gotten new at the store that wasn’t in wrapping.

Here too. I called PayPal. They said it wasn't my account, but something else (they couldn't give specifics). I was able to checkout non-PayPal just fine.

Yeah, they were all online. To be fair, whenever I was missing something, I'd bring it into the store and they'd fix the problem. I've still never received anything shrink wrapped though.
