I understand it, bit it's not always the case. Sometimes it's a bit tight. I saw the lever and just assumed it was a quick one on the design. Not that I'd get rid of it for a different one.

The lever on the top of the multi tool frees up the stress on the small coin screw which allows it to easily come loose. It wasn't designed to be a quick release.

m12 cutoff tool might be one. ryobi has one, but it uses big full size battery there is also adopter on ebay that lets you convert cutoff tool into belt file.
