My daughter and her husband were in the Dublin airport to come back to the states on Aer Lingus when their computer systems shut down about a week or so ago. Needless to say thousands were affected....

I had a great experience flying Aer Lingus from Dubrovnik to JFK a few months ago. Everything was timely and staff was friendly. No luggage lost or damaged.

If you look at any of their reviews on different travel sites, they have a bad track record. Even going on their Twitter account will show tons of people complaining about their lost luggage.
