I've found that getting any old box fan for cheap and using really large rubber bands to hold a 20x20x1 filter is cheaper.

A true slickdeal-er would just duct tape the filter to a $13 box fan and call it done. You could even use a thicker filter if you wanted to. LOL at UV color protection paint and weather shield motor....
