If this is poorly made then I guess it make sense for them to say it “never wet” since you are not going to use it on rainy days.

These are low quality and even worse for kids who are gonna mess around with them. Buy at least three as they are borderline disposable.

Got this during the last deal. The quality is pretty poor and there's no auto close. Also, my umbrella had a $5 sticker so I'm guessing that's how much they go for in stores.
