I got mine from the first Woot batch about 1.5 years ago. ATT acted like they never heard of the Surface Duo. One rep even said they didn't carry any Microsoft phones.

Oh. I contacted ATT three different ways over two weeks and then gave up on them. I then filled out a form on Microsoft's Surface Support site and they emailed me the code six days later.
