How does that make your order 'close to free' (I assume you mean the delivery fees and 20% upcharge)? Don't they just refund the out of stock item and carry on with the rest of the order as-is?

Costco prices on Instacart are 20~30% jacked up and pay an extra service fee if delivery. I'm not saying it's not a deal, just saying it's not that big of a deal.
