This or LG A2, usage will be about 75% work, 20% movies and only 5 % gaming so gaming really won't be a main concern, price is comparable with current discounts

Physical size isn’t everything. Some people want or need the higher resolutions to fit multiple applications at the same time. 1080p is hot garbage for that use case.
