Got mine installed, works great, best $90 I spent for a bike I don't care if it's stolen... Works very well. Brakes were very loud at first until I did hard brake down a hill and that quieted them....

It comes 90% assembled. You just have to install the handlebar, front wheel, and pedals. If you are mildly competent at constructing IKEA furniture it will take you under 10 minutes.
