The refurb 630 is available for $129.99 via iRobot's Ebay store, with 2 years warranty. Much better than the 90 days from Woot. Looks like the iRobot Ebay storefront has other models too.

It was $249 but Ebay had a 15% off coupon. So I paid $220 or so. It also had a Ebay 2 yr warranty too. But. It’s works great in our upstairs.
