I went to the order page and then customer care chat from there. The first chat agent I talked to told me to call Order Modification. They ended up hanging up on me so I tried the chat agent again...

Which chat support did you try? Sales / Order Modification Team / and Customer Care all didn't seem to give a crap and just told me I could cancel without anything further.

Thanks for this info. I just went on chat and asked about the delay and they initially offered $80 but I told them about the Amex offer and they raised it to $120. I’m no longer canceling the order...

I am also in the same unenvious position of splitting charge over 3 Amex credit cards banking on $360 back. I will wait a little longer but probably end up cancelling.
