Comcast isnt spectrum but i dislike spectrum as much. We ported out to spectrum recently from verizon. So far we cant tell the difference.

Unlimited plans only have discount on access fee. Not sure how much it is. I dont see that in billing generated.

So we can have the trade in phones submitted to the store instead of mailing them in? I've heard of some terrible stories of phones being lost by mail. I'd prefer to avoid that.

Do you have xFinity in your area? xFinity is runs on Verizon network (MVNO). Plans are cheaper and they have allot of promotions right now especially if you are one of their broadband consumers.
