Under Billing you should see Fi Savings. Click on it and it should show you your promo progress. It should show you remaining days. Once its complete take a picture for your record before you cancel...

Finally the 120 days are up and I cancelled service today and ported out to xfinity. MAke sure take a screenshot of promotion being complete before porting out.

you have to contact Google Fi and create the ticket. Mine did the same thing I got the full credit 3 days after submitting the ticket on Google Fi customer support.
