The difference in peeling is mostly due to the added pressure and being cooked by steam. I do a batch of about 30 eggs which I then use for smoked deviled eggs. It's a bit of a stretch to cook 3-4...

Agree, I almost exclusively use the silicone basket linked earlier as it gives me the ability to lift solid out of the broth. Nothing wrong with the OP product, just sharing what I use all the time...
