On the Ultra you can connect headphones, computers, smartphones, and tablets through bluetooth. The sticks don't have bluetooth.

Thanks for the concise comparison. Looks like the + remote gives a couple more buttons, rechargeable, 3.5mm jack but since we use our phone to control, these don't matter much. In for the 4k stick!

Download web video cast in Roku apps. Then download same app on phone or tablet and you can cast not mirror to your Roku player as a web browser. Works great!

I have the same problem on my 2 Roku Ultras. Changed to 4k hdmi cords and still same problem. My Roku Express+ work great with no problems.
