What are you talking about? I said whey first (protein), oatmeal and dextrose for carbs. This product uses maltodextrin. Oatmeal and dextrose are more effective.

Don't buy weight gainers like this. It all ends up in the toilet. Get a quality whey, oat powder (or 1 minute oatmeal) and dextrose powder. Use that for bulking if that is what you are trying to do.

That’s for 8 servings… $4.56 a serving or $.087 per gram protein… seems steep I only buy protein powder and that is generally a good deal to me under $.06 /gram -ish
