BB store eGC is processed and billed by Cashstar so that doesn't work (https://bestbuy.cashstar.com) -- you can buy physical BB GC or any 3rd party GC/eGC since that goes through regular BB checkout...

the $25 credit will not come by email or text. the $25 credit will come as a statement credit so check your bill or your statement online.

sure, you can simply use that amex at bby to purchase a $35 bby gc in the store. next time, ask bby to give you a gc for your credit instead of going back on the cc. amex will prob not claw back...
