One thing to keep in mind... I have ordered several lego sets from Kohls and each time when they arrived the boxes were trashed. I no longer order lego from them unless i dont care about the box....

It's not retiring. LEGO just released a new list of retiring sets and it's not on it. Also LEGO didn't increase the price on any sets that are retiring.
