Edit - Nevermind. I ended doing a complete reinstall and it fixed the issue. Verifying local data did nothing to fix it. So if you run into an issue, just reinstall it.

The CPU you mentioned has Radeon RX Vega 7 for integrated graphics.
Notebookcheck has that RX Vega 7...
