I ended up selling the 18 foot for about the same price I bought it for and got the Little Giant 22 foot ladder. This thing is super stable. I feel comfortable straddling the top of the A frame to...

Well no offense but too heavy is subjective. I did a actually buy this ladder and it's only 37lbs... I'm 30 so for me and I find it very easy to move aroynd over my old extension ladder that...

own the 350lb would not recommend, too heavy difficult to move around and hard to get into the configuration that you need

I would agreed and disagreed with your comment. I agreed that 17-18' ladder perhaps the ideal length for average homeowners and a bit easier to carry. However, in my case, i desperately need taller...

You’ll destroy your fabric. I have the Werner 22 footer and it’s so damn heavy it ripped the seats. 2019 CVR, does not fit legally ;)

You could also lift weights so you get stronger and not think it is that heavy.

Thanks for the review! I am about the same size. If it's that heavy, I may go for a lighter one

This is a very sturdy ladder, I paid $220 for it I think. But it is HEAVY and I’m a 5’10, 180 pound man. So that being said, opening it all the way an extending it to the single-ladder (tall)...

PeterII, I have the 18 foot and the 26 foot and do find the 26 foot (with wheels) a bit unwieldy. The 26 is very stable as a step ladder due to the extra weight, but not trivial to carry up stairs...

Yea, shipping really kills this deal. They want $55 to ship one item. I thought these brick and mortars were trying to compete with Amazon, but doesn't look like they are taking it very seriously.

Got the 18’ for 99 last week. It’s about an inch or two too short for me to comfortably reach the top of the garage (while still feeling safe). Guess I’ll nab this one and return the other

I'd go with the 22 just to get extra height if needed. I have an old Gorilla AL-22 that is a nice ladder, 18 would be too short for me, but, if you never need more than an 18' reach then just keep...
