Nope. Just did the math and the mattress itself would be about 1200 Lbs filled with water, so WAY over weight limit. A 200 lb person (me) would have to fill the mattress to no more than inches high...

If you can find a way to keep the weight of that plus whoever's on it under 600lbs, maybe. Doubt the valve is designed for that, tho.
