Tried using the B1G1 free code in store and it did not work. The page says it can be used instore or online. Also the gift card did not work either. Scanned QR code and cashier entered manually....

BOGO failed for me in store. Nice cashier gave me a free entree anyway. Hopefully they got the bogo fixed.

Another data point: couldn’t use the BOGO in store. The gift card failed to scan via the QR as well. They needed to manually input it

I don't think they can override it. You got a courtesy BOGO and your BOGO code should still be valid
