Have a pair of these. Left earbud stopped working immediately after the warranty period ended. Out of all the Bose products we own, none of them work. No more Bose for us

Just a Pro Tip. If you have QC 1 earbuda and still in warranty and it has any issue. Bose will send you QC earbuds 2 brand new in exchange. Personally experienced 🙂

the 1st generation has better noise cancelation. My first pair I thought were defective and got a replacement. My 2nd pair went back for a refund.

The big drawback I see is you cannot off ANC. When am on calls with one earbud had lot of issue with the ANC irritating my ear.

I hope soon. I usually just end up using the right bud until its dead unless i need noise cancelling. They do sound pretty good with both though. Way more comfortable than sony xm4000
