I do not think there is a charger that supports every brand of charging. So you are going to get rapid charging with 18w minimum and probably 20-25w on supported devices. If you have Moto phones....

This charger uses 4-year-old technology. It is much larger/bulkier than modern chargers. It supports USB Power Delivery fast charging, but not PPS which is the fastest safest charging standard used...
