I have one, and it was great until parts of the screen began to fail. You can no longer tell if the section is an 8 or a 3.

I bought 3 of these last year and all 3 have defects now with different parts of the screen at different dimming levels and so the clock is unreadable. It was great when it worked though.

Thanks for that! I found the settings you mentioned. I had to set it around ~40% brightness for the missing LED parts to show up. It's relatively bright so I'll see if it's a distraction tonight :)
