I'm on one right now from 2017, liquid cooled with a 1080. It has run 24/7 except to move houses a few times (military) and to blow out the fans a few times. Absolutely rock solid.

Why? 13th is the last gen for the 1700 socket. Limited upgradability. AMD AM5 can go a couple more gen. Not to mention DDR5 and other new features.
