Just an update comparison with iRobot s9+ + mop. Deebot application software is buggy and it resets maps twice for the last 4 month of use. However, iRobot app is even worse at least with Android....

I own (2) T8 and now the AIVI version of it and run it 6 days a week. My T8 failed right after warranty period and there was no help from the manufacturer. Other than that, it has worked really well...
