had same issue but when i applied good amounts of treadmill lubricant under the entire surface of belt and tightened it, it went away. took me a few tries though

Every now and then Orange Theory locations will sell their treads when they get new ones. They use FreeMotion treads with flex decks that tend to run $8k or so. They’re awesome treads.
