i chatted & cancelled the day after I ordered. Apparently it is a ridiculous process to get your payment back after your order ships so make sure you cancel before it ships.
It took at least a week...

Can someone walk me through how to cancel an online order? I believe someone mentioned you can cancel an online order within an hour of placing it.

Agree that people's experience may differ, but adding mine FWIW. I haven't experienced losing BC with a return (no experience with BCC), but refund amounts have been reduced for me--by weird amounts...
