depends on what you mean. if you truly live in a no-fly zone then probably not. but if you live in restricted airspace, probably so. you may need to simply look for a non-dji drone....

Impressive as a 30,000ft view. however, footages are fairly dark and not very sharp. Not sure if that’s the limitation of a $400 drone or poor post processing and multilayers of compression.
