Abso-fukn-lootley. I had the original 270W and that thing was awesome. Just very very loud and it flung coffee around its base that didn't make it into the portafilter because of how fast it grinds....

Yes, Eureka can go to tenth of a second. It holds close to zero grounds. Maybe a few tenths of a gram.
