I like both Ori games, but I liked the 2nd game more as it was much more traditional as platformers go, with multiple boss battles.

Awesome to hear - the “boss fights” (escapes) at times did feel overly long.
Great fun much like Soulsborne are in that I enjoyed dying / learning.

I'll be the minority here but I didn't like Ori. I think it looks beautiful but that's kind of where the praise stops. Feels kind of slow and trying too hard to be "artistic" and emotional right off...

Spirit-farer is great by the way.
Somewhat like Stardew Valley, but with better story, animation, jokes, etc.
Also it has same-screen co-op, so you can play with a kid/spouse.

Just bought these for someone for Christmas for $50 total, now here they are $7.49 each. Oh well, both Ori games are well worth it even at full price. Some of the best games I've ever played.
