Dude efficiency is a spec. It helps you find a good matching amp. If you have low efficiency speakers you need higher watt amps, and with high efficiency speakers you can explore amps like Triode.

the meta has all of the same problems as the ls50 low bass, and even higher distortion.. :lol: it's only slightly more linear in the mid range.

Most speakers that claim efficiency in the 90s are actually more like 85-87, so it's just you and the Klipsch marketers. KEF is a bit more honest. Also small speakers tend to need more juice.

If you let a sub take care of the low frequencies, these are quite good. Without a sub, pass. This is a good price.
