The delivery guys scratched my refrigerator. Costco is refunding me $100. The delivery guys were not able to hook up the water line. Do we get some refund if they did not connect the waterline ?

I had the compressor issue slightly after 3 years, and it was replaced the weekend before Thanksgiving. Warranty covered all but $150, and that was because LG would only pay a max of $350 for labor....
