Realistically, Most looking at CL20 shouldnt care about single vs dual rank. This is value ram, and I would be more concerned about clean memtest86 results

I think the exception with these sticks is that both the JEDEC and XMP are at 3200 and 1.2V? But I'm running it in a Deskmini X300, so I can't be sure.

It's laptop memory not desktop. The timings are are much slower on laptop ram. Cl20 is over clocked, they don't go much lower then that and AMD CPU's won't go lower then cl22 I think.
