Any chance if anyone knows how to keep the volume the same? It seems to reset everytime. And the Bluetooth connection doesn't auto connect to the amazon fire when it turns on.

I have a 65” Samsung Neo Qled. TV is so thin, and speakers are not the best. I am pretty sure the Soundbar was brand new. All accessories were sealed. No weird stickers or anything about no resale...

Received yesterday. Package was still intact. Setup with Alexa and later blocked Wi-Fi. I like the sound quality over my two months old Hisense 5.1 sound bar paid 129$ Walmart.

I also received mine and seems its brand new in a box, but there is a red sticker (not amazon one) that says invalid serial number Damaged (Not for Sale). Anyone else has that on their box?

Check your TVs audio settings for which output type. IFits set to TV only it wont work.

Got mine two days ago and it’s been working great with my LG G1 OLED, via HDMI ARC and Bluetooth is what I’ve tried so far. Sounds MUCH better than TV speakers.

I just received mine today and its seems new with everything still in its original packaging. Looks like tape was never removed or cut. Alexa set up took a few tries, but eventually got it working....
