I would go for the 30L version of the same. This one is narrower at midsection and kinda weird wider bottom, middle narrower, and then wide again.

I place one or two of those Amazon plastic bubble envelopes in the sleeve slot. That way, things aren't digging into my back. A jacket or other clothing item also works.
